Have actually just been in tears the way i was treated with a particular staff member, she really spoke down to me, i was just passing on a piece of information about my prescription that the nurse told me to do, which i can now see the pharmists side of things and why it cant be done that way but the way i was treated was awful. The staff member really looked down her nose at me and treated me like i was an idiot. I only went here because Boots didnt have what i was looking for. Really grumpy staff, no smile, no hello can i help you, no wonder this pharmacy is never busy :-(.
