Nobody acknowledes you when you walk in or stand at counter. Pharmacist and assistant preparing prescriptions, that's fine, but third employee more focussed on shelf filling than customers. After a minute or two, I asked if anyone was serving and was told to wait a couple of minutes. Previously my designated pharmacy but after long wait for prescriptions to be dispensed (up to 7 days after GP issue), I changed to a local, independent pharmacy.

NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE... MY PARENTS WHO ARE ELDERLY CAN GET THROUGH TO ASK IF THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS ARE READY. I WILL CHANGE CHEMISTS !!!!
