Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

The girls who work at the pharmacy are all lovely and helpful. However, the main pharmacist is downright ignorant, arrogant and rude. I'm 59 years of age and have a lot of health issues. I collect monthly dosset boxes but every single month my boxes are never ready regardless I need my morning medication I'm made to wait while tea time every month. I'm also on some other medication that I have to collect twice weekly and at the start of this week I'd had enough of him and said I was changing pharmacies for my boxes but would stay at Wells until my other prescription which still had 4 weeks of validity remaining and when I went in yesterday for my final dosset box that wasn't, as per normal, ready last week the horrible, horrible man had one more nefarious act to pull on me and gave me my other prescription to take elsewhere when already agreed would continue there until it expired the end of April. I then spent all morning going to pharmacy after pharmacy until I finally found one who had the medication I needed. My name is DARREN WHITEHEAD and the pharmacist should be removed. Look at the reviews 2.3 which says it all. |

Rude staff. Pharmacist extremely arrogant. Never answer the phone which during this pandemic is so important. Blame you for prescription not being ready. Called me a liar when I said I’d had a text to say it was. Every visit is worse than the last. Only visit out of necessity and convenience. |

I use this chemist quite often and that's only because it's the only chemist local to me..
I find the staff rude (one in particular) they can never find my meds when i come to collect, I've even been and they're not ready (after having my prescription for over a week) one time even blaming me saying I hadn't handed my prescription in!
I use their 'repeat prescription service' and they even manage to mess that up by putting wrong date in which to collect them! Original Comment Report...
