Been coming here for years no problems, until the last couple of times I can’t make it due to my mental and physical health My licence has been taking of me due to my health conditions I’ve been told they should deliver, only ever happened once!! The man gets rude and sarcastic in the phone the little man with glasses , when I called him out he didn’t like it , I said I will be making a formal complaint then he told me to change chemist etc I said will do thank you bye he said cool and hanged up the phone Like some little boy !! Your suppose to be professional at all times I am not your friend !! I was not rude or giving attitude, next time it will be a lot different Please handle yourself correct when dealing with the public specially someone who has mental and health issues.very disappointed
