Awful service always having to order items which are pretty common place, And when they have got them in having to wait 45 minutes for them to do it. rude rude staff awful way to talk to people | |||||||

There is always a wait of 30 minutes or more to collect a prescription. The telephone manner is appalling. Staff were openly being unpleasant and joking about how the customer should always be happy and come first. The fact of the matter is that staff are impolite and unprofessional. The service is shoddy at best. | |||||||

I cannot rate Courts Pharmacy highly enough, since lockdown they have always made sure I got my medication on time. They have gone above and beyond in their service. They didn’t have an inhaler I needed over Easter, so they chased around the local area and got one delivered on Good Friday. This morning they delivered my medication , they didn’t want me being short of certain pills over the Bank Holiday. Thank you Courts Pharmacy for all your dedicated work. | |||||||
