Why is no one answering the phone , very frustrating. No engaged signal but just rings and rings.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy! Rude, patronising, unprofessional staff with no common sense whatsoever. Constantly lie to your face that they have never received the GP prescriptions that are sent electronically. It's not like they are being delivered by a pidgeon! They cannot read/ write or spell a common surname. Clearly they cannot be bothered! No idea how they still have jobs! Avoid at all costs!

Not had my medication for two months now. Three occasions now waited half hour with another 9 customers and had to leave. I was the first person in the pharmacy and was told it was being prepared. Again told to come back or go somewhere else!!! Still without medication.
