No need to join a GP phone queue at 8a.m. to ask a question. Williamson's have delivered first class advice and assistance when Sunny was on board and continue to provide an excellent service from the new team.Once again ,this morning a pharmacist analysed my problem after exgmhaustive analysis,worked with a colleague to recommend a medical solution,all the time utilising polite,courteous and friendly interaction. One is more used nowadays to grunts from staff who are clearly not interested and less than knowledgeable wishing they were elsewhere earning the minimum wage.Who recruits, trains and monitors staff in Williamson's deserves credit for the excellent service.
