It’s terrible how the pharmacy does not pick up their phone. I have tried to calling them on numerous occasions to check whether they have my prescription and no one ever answers (I suspect it’s either turned off or the volume lowered-either way it’s disgraceful). I eventually went to the store and when I told them about the phone - a member of staff just shrugged and said ‘well you know’ and rolled her eyes. Plus the 1/2 wait to get the front of the que and another 1 hour wait to collect one’s medications is equally frustrating. The manager is rarely about so not sure who I report this to.

One hour 30 minutes standing in a queue with 6 people in front of me. The queue went right up the store. Its the same appalling service year on year. Boots in Horsham must have one of the worst records ever. The store manager must surely see that this is a major problem so why is nothing being done to improve it. Shame on Boots for allowing this to continue for so long and shame on the store manager as well!!

I am so disappointed with Boots Chemist in Swan Walk. They call you to let you when to come and pick up the prescription and when you attend they lie to state they never called and they claim they never call people. When presented with evidence they deny the number called was their phone number. When you call the number; hey presto, they answer. This is not the first time Boots Chemist Horsham called me on the phone, so claiming you do not call is completely untrue. Being short of staff constantly is not an excise; employ more staff. You always have a line of people waiting for 1 hour.
