Having visited the pharmacy on several seperate occasions I can reliably and credibly assess the impression left upon the customers as a community. There have been several incidents caused by staff either temporary and apathetic or spiteful and permenant, poorly trained and having not taken advantage of the experience of their superiorly qualified coleagues. There are, unfortunately a few core staff who are underresourced and besmirched by the horrific, unprofessional and blatantly crimimal behaviour of those they've entrusted their good name. I beseech the owner/manager to clean house, it will give them better footing when facing civil suit. Shame.
