I ordered medication (six items) through my GP's practice, in the same building as the pharmacy, on 4th December. Later that week, I went to pick the order up, but it was short one of my medications, luckily one I had some spares of from the previous month. They finally got some in today, 21st December, after I had completely ran out of the medication. Over the telephone, I was told they had come in and my order was sorted and awaiting collection.
After a twenty minute drive through Christmas traffic, I was told that the pharmacist had gone for his lunch and, as he wasn't on the premises, the remaining staff were not allowed to give out or sell anything. Nor did they have any idea when he would be returning.
I have now changed to another pharmacy. Original Comment Report...
