On 5/7 I needed an emergency prescription having left several of my tablets behind in the Midlands when I traveled to the Barnoldswick area for the weekend. The Pharmacist advised me of my options and I foolishly thought that I would get a prompt response from my GP's group practice. Prompt never entered into it! Eventually I contacted 111 and their response was superb. In no time at all they had contacted Whitworth's who supplied my requriements immediately. Whitworth's and 111, what a team.

I've been using this branch of Whitworths since I moved to Barnoldswick almost 20 years ago, and can honestly say they provide the friendliest, most helpful service you could wish for. Nothing seem too much trouble for them, and they go beyond the call of duty to help wherever they can. Other staff come in for special mention too. I have good reason to be especially grateful to both.
