My wife is disabled and cannot open pop type tablets.....they need to be in a bottle.
This is stated on the prescription.
It is very rare this happens,on numerous occasions I have to wait for tablets to be taken out of pop type and put in bottles.
I have complained numerous times ,which is greeted with an apology and a smile...UNTIL NEXT TIME.
You need to somehow update your systems so this stops happening.
Also on numerous occasions I telephone to be told prescription will be ready in 15 mins.
When I arrive 30 mins later..PRESCRIPTION NOT READY !
