monday10 july 2017 an order was given in ...my husband was told it would be ready wednesday evening / thursday morning...went thursday to collect it when he came back with it ..my tablets no in the bag..straight on the phone to them making a query ..they said nothing was on the computer ..asking again when the request was put in...i repeated again when it was put in..and what happens now...told to call in there after 4 o/clock friday again as they would have to send over to the doctors again... if nothing comes back from the doctors they would loan me some till the prescription went over to the chemist.. which they did .was given a bag ...and again when i checked ..it was other things they owed me ..and not the tablets...on the phone again ...i asked what time to come sat morn..they said they would deliver them ...today is monday 17 july 2017 and still waiting for my blood pressure tablets and others.not had no blood pressure tablets now for 2 days as i have run out ....on the phone again told they are out for delivery? what year. do not recommend this chemist at all... used to be very reliable once.
