I wish to praise the staff and service in Melbourne Chemist. Several name changes have been forced upon us but the service and staff remains the same. I would take issue with a previous review. In fact I would ask how do you quantify rudeness. The fact that the staff are busy or your prescriptions are not ready doesn’t make them rude. Dealing with another customer doesn’t make them rude. Answering the phone doesn’t mean they are rude. I find that elderly people can be rude, if I hold a door open and they bustle past. I feel sorry for them. If you speak to a member of staff as though they are lower class I consider you rude. Rudeness deserves Rudeness

I write to redress the impression given of this pharmacy by a previous reviewer. I have always found the staff efficient, helpful and very kind. I have on occasions asked for advice when the surgery was too busy and received care and attention of a very high standard. I am so glad that I live close to this excellent pharmacy and I shall continue to be a grateful customer.
