There is one particular member of staff here who goes way beyond her job description to help people, is always smiling, and knows you by name. .... unfortunately I am not allowed to name her on here, which I would really like to do! I have been using this Dr’s practice and attached Lloyds pharmacy for around 4 years, yes sometimes there are hold ups/ hitches in the prescriptions going from the Dr’s to the chemist, but this lady has always put herself out to solve any problems , and has been helpful, kind and courteous to my family, and all the customers I have witnessed... to the point of giving of her own money to a lady in need, enabling her to purchase something she needed, which brought tears to my eyes.... fantastic service, thank you.
