Dont come to this pharmacy unless your prepared to wait over an hour for your medication. Came with my elderly father who was made to stand for over an hour waiting and lady pharmacist extremely rude when my father wished to ask some questions he was told she didnt have time and to read the instructions. I did stand up for him and got the same rude response as did a member of her staff when she tried asking her a question for another lady waiting as well. Seriously bad care from this pharmacy and would advise everyone to stay away.

My Dr told me that the prescrption have been sent to the pharmacy, which was not. They told me that the Dr had sent it to the wrong pharmacy. The pharmacist on duty gave me the code and information. I went back to the Dr who released the prescription back to the spine. I came back to the pharmacy told the pharmacist and despite her knowing of my issue previously, out of despite both the pharmacist and front staff ignored me let me stand for 10 mins whilst ignoring me then I had go back to the quee, for another 15 mins plus waiting for prescription another 20 mins. All of this whilst having a great deal of back pain and knee pain. The issue here is not the error by the medic, but the appalling attitude from the pharmacy staff. Guided by a vindictive attitude, rather than care and doing what is right! The system is broken beyond repair when you cannot even get compassionate care, which does not coat.

This pharmacy is awful. It’s run by people who have no consideration for their customers and I can only imagine how they treat their staff based on the way they act! Truly disgusting and would rather travel 100 miles to go to another pharmacy then come here again! What a joke!
