Absolutely awful communication. No one ever answers the phone. I find this shocking and unacceptable. How can you speak you your pharmacy when no one ever answers the phone.

No-one will answer the Branch phone no matter when I try to call, I understand that you may be busy, but I have been trying for days to check if my two monthly prescription is ready for collection as being disabled I cannot get there easily and do not want to waste my time in coming down or send a neighbour only to find nothing is ready. I had arranged for texts to be sent to me but I have not received any and I am running out of my medication. This needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency to ensure that prescriptions are kept up to date.

Why is no one ever answering the phone? Not just pharmacy, opticians, any of it. Ridiculous waste of time, even if it's busy could there not be a message return service, or an email? It's impossible to get in touch. I'm unmedicated and unable to work tomorrow because I cannot get in touch and find out if my medication is available, which it hasn't been for some time.
