The pharmacy was recently taken over so no point in looking a negative reviews from 2017. I have always found them helpful. The electronic ordering system has vastly improved the wait times. Delays are usually due to the fact that whilst your prescription may have been made up the pharmacist needs to check it before you take it away and pharmacists are human so they need breaks. Support your local pharmacy so you don't loose it.
