Have been using this pharmacy for over three years, as have all of my family. The staff are wonderful and really friendly, as are the pharmacists. Never waiting long for my medication as they prepare it extremely quickly. Would recommend this pharmacy to everyone living in Burnley area.

Booked a trip to Mexico last minute without realising what vaccines I might need, rang my GP who gave me Colne Road pharmacy's number. I spoke to the pharmacist and he explained all the vaccines I would need and why, he organised for me to come down the same day and start my course of vaccines. Efficient and quality advice, both from himself and the rest of the staff at the pharmacy. Apart from the good service provided the pharmacist is a just a real nice guy, had a laugh with him about holidays and whatnot. It just made what is potentially a boring annoyance of a visit into a easy time. Had a laugh, learnt some new things about vaccines and probably made a new mate! His vaccine technique is top draw, I had to ask him if he'd even done it, couldn't feel a thing, honest! Big up, number one pharmacist.
