Very rude and unprofessional staff. Was stood for over ten minutes waiting to be served in full view of the staff. A person was on the phone talking loudly while three dispensary staff were laughing and whispering about the person who had phoned the pharmacy and the conversation that was going on, while two other members of staff were sat in a small room in the shop talking with the door open, the other staff members saw me and continued laughing and talking amongst themselves. The person finished on the phone and proceeded to have a loud conversation about the person who had phoned to the dispensary staff, then looked over and saw me and asked if i was being served and I when I said I wasn't they said "oh sorry we were sorting out something on the phone" because obviously it takes several people? I was visiting someone local and popped in the shop for them hence my visit to the pharmacy, am glad it's not my usual one if that's the way they carry on. Very Rude and Unprofessional, and I can't believe there is only one person capable of answering the phone and serving customers. I'll being going elsewhere if needed.
