Just had the misfortune of experiencing the rude pharmacist at my local Lloyds. I was simply asking to purchase an over the counter product and they refused to sell me the product. Wasn't aware they were also a doctor and able to diagnose and I would suggest working within your remit within customer care and improving that which is your role. Will not be coming in on a Saturday morning again.
