The service seems a bit disorganised and haphazard. After phoning to order a repeat prescription then going in to collect it AFTER they have said it will be ready to collect - the average wait for it to be dispensed is usually 20- 30 minutes every time (even longer on a couple of occasions) Surely they could have orders packaged up and ready to give to you when you go into collect?

I came to collect a disabled persons repeat prescrition and was treated by rude staff. I have phone earlier to say that I am collecting the medicines and as senior person myself, I was not treated with respect and the staff attitude was rude and disrespectful. The pharmacist in charged needs to look at their training in treating customers. It was a busy late afternoon but there was no excuse in the response I received. Terrible staff
