The Pharmacist has been a staple in Braunstone for many years (his name is Jyot not Jock) I hear many people call him by the wrong name and can't help but get embarrassed for them lol. Jyot doesnt seem to mind though as he doesn't correct them, must be used to it after so many years. The rest of the staff are okay, they can be rude sometimes. Depends which way the wind is blowing. Wait can be silly, but as i have witnessed on several separate occasions all you have to do is kick off and push to the front of the que and you'll get served before everyone that had been waiting before you.
