Went to Blackpool Hospital Lloyds having looked forward to seeing a specialist Prescription handed over and given back a different medicine with less supply than requested by the specialist. The Pharmacist just looked at me handed over the bag and when i got home i noticed the substitute product. No discussion prior to processing the prescription no option to go elsewhere. Head Office tell me it is all in order. Well it certainly is not nor will it be. Talbot Road Lloyds booked an appointment for blood test online ...got a receipt saying a date and time but staff would have to ring to confirm they never did. Went into Branch and the member of staff looked visibly sick that i could suggest such a thing. They had no record of any appointment
