Used them a few times recently for prescriptions, without problems, but last time I experienced unreasonably poor customer service. I took a prescription in the morning, just after they opened and was told that it would be about 10 minutes, if I wanted to wait. I waited and then the lady told me that the pharmacist was on the 'phone to head office and that she did not know how long he would be and suggested that I return later. I returned and was told that they do not keep one of the items in stock and she suggested that I take the prescription elsewhere. I do not appreciate having had my morning wasted; surely, she should have informed me when I first handed the prescription to her, if they were unable to provide the items.
