I have ordered some medication in one evening to be collected in the following evening. I went there to collect them on the following evening only to learn that My medication was wrongly ordered or delivered. which means they must order them again and I will have to collect them in the next evening. No body checked what went wrong and could not even bother to phone the customer that no to make a journey to the pharmacy. It was extremely disappointing for me to know that I could not use medication even after 48 hours. The guys at the front desk did not even care to explain what was really happened he ignored me and started serving another customer. He or any of the staff don't say hi hello. I wanted to make a complaint. A female member of staff at the back desk wanted to explain me but I don't think she is fully aware of what has happened. I did not get any apology or any chance to complaint. In the following evening, I collected my medication. Still no apologies or hi hello from them. I am sorry that I have write this but I must say they are vey unfriendly and unhelpful.
