Its my local pharmacy I have had to use it several times never with a good experience, I went there to collect my lastest prescription to be told that they wasn't it receipt and claimed that that prescription had been sent to another pharmacy without even checking there system. When I returned to there pharmacy they finally checked the system and found it but still refused to give the medication because the prescription had arrived in the wrong format and told me to return to my doctors the next day as they was to busy to ring the doctor them selfs to clarify why they received as a replacement medication.when I question them about the problem they recommend I go to a & e as I urgently needed the medication he had the prescription for |

The lady Kam does a good efficient job despite a lot of people with attitude in there ,she is polite and has great product knowledge, every time I have purchased something I always ask for her advice...10 out of 10..Bingo. |

I have ordered some medication in one evening to be collected in the following evening. I went there to collect them on the following evening only to learn that My medication was wrongly ordered or delivered. which means they must order them again and I will have to collect them in the next evening.
No body checked what went wrong and could not even bother to phone the customer that no to make a journey to the pharmacy.
It was extremely disappointing for me to know that I could not use medication even after 48 hours. The guys at the front desk did not even care to explain what was really happened he ignored me and started serving another customer. He or any of the staff don't say hi hello. I wanted to make a complaint. A female member of staff at the back desk wanted to explain me but I don't think she is fully aware of what has happened. I did not get any apology or any chance to complaint.
In the following evening, I collected my medication. Still no apologies or hi hello from them. I am sorry that I have write this but I must say they are vey unfriendly and unhelpful. Original Comment Report... |
