I was waiting to be served by a pharmacist assistant today, while they were talking to a couple about Christmas for at least 5 mins. I asked if anyone was serving and they grabbed my prescription off me very fast and spoke to me very rudely. They walked off and came back and said they didn’t have all my medication. At this point I walked off as I was not going to be spoken to or have my prescription grabbed off me like the way they did. As I left they shouted so I could here “ have a nice day “ very patronising. Few mins later I went back in to get the person's details from the pharmacist. I will not be using your service ever again and neither will my family and friends. All will be on CCTV what the person did. Perhaps the member of staff may need a little help in the way they speak to people eg further training.
