Can honestly say the service here is very poor. The phone is virtually always engaged and should you be lucky enough to get through, I have had the call ended a couple of times. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Please do something about this. Also, why aren’t the prescription ready if you leave it plenty of time for prescriptions to be processed. Just not organised and poor performance. Sorry, but I am just telling the truth! You should be concerned by your poor ratings and do something about it. Tried 18 times so far today and guess what, my call has been ended - bloody ridiculous.

Cannot reach them on the phone after them handing me my prescription with missing items and not being told this or how I’m supposed to receive these missing items.
