On Saturday morning I needed an emergency prescription for my eyes, I went to the chemist in Oldland Common, who told me to contact One one one. I came home rang the number and they said they would fax the prescription to Oldland and to wait at least 20 minuets for which I waited an hour then I walked to the chemist. I told them I had come in to pick up the Emergency Prescription they said they had a phone call from them but no prescription had been sent and they could not supply the drugs, and would have to phone one one one again. Came back home rang again, they then rang the chemist only to be told they have not got the facilities at this chemist to take one one one prescriptions and that they had wrongly advised the NHS of this. I am now still trying to get a prescription. 5Hrs later. I have heard since that other people had problems with this chemist., with medication issues.
