Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I have been using this chemist for over 2 years now and I have seen such a decline in customer service ?? at times they are rude and make no conversation at all. When some of your items aren’t available they don’t tell you just send you on your way with no explanation. I really do hope that they make more of an effort with others as I dread going in there. | |||||||

The staff here are amazing. The ladies are SO friendly it genuinely puts a smile on your face! They also above and beyond to try to help. If they need to double check anything with the doctor, they’ll actually physically go to the surgery next door right then and check. And if they don’t find out then they call you back that day! They seem to have a lot of different medications in stock as well whereas smaller Pharms sometimes have to order them in. Original Comment Report...
