This is a sad day. I used to love this chemist it felt like part of the community. Welcoming they knew your name. NOW IT is DREADFUL. The service is shocking. Prescriptions never ready. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Had a prescription with them for 3 weeks waiting for stock. In the end found another chemist that had stuck. They would not release the already approved prescription told me to go and get another one from dr as there were other drugs on that had been dispensed. I just can’t understand why they couldn’t alter the prescription or write on already received on items that I’d had. What a waste of time for the drs surgery and my life. Completely unnecessary completely exhausting. Just rude rude people.
