extremely rude and unpleasant staff member when I visited today very demeaning and made me feel as though I wasn’t able to have care of the chemist for my daughter. I went into the pharmacy as my daughter had caught head lice in school after not long catching them I had got rid of them for just a little under a month however after checking her hair I found another 1 and a few eggs so as I thought I pay into the nhs every month I will ask again for care if the chemist entitled to every child as I have to buy mine and my partners treatment it would save me some money however this particular member of staff spoke to me as though I was for lack of a better word thick, she made me feel very embarrassed in a shop full of people by saying this was my last care of the chemist treatment and in future I would have to pay which I was fine with as I said earlier I pay for everything anyway I would never ever ever return I will be using the other local chemists from now on and I didn’t even buy mine or my partners treatment from this chemist I drove to another near by one to purchase this as she made me feel so bad. Terrible experience never ever again.
