I bought a AAA throat spray yesterday for £5 and after using it several times I found the pump action wasn't working properly, so the liquid inside was gathering inside the top, so when turning upside down the wasted liquid would drip from the top. Returning the product, the owner operated the pump and it worked as i should, him saying it works fine, I explained sometimes the liquid wasnt coming out and gathering in the top, when turned upside down it ran out. His reply was 'anything wihich is turned upside down will leak'. So I said OK no bother I wont be back. I collect 4 lots of pills every month from this Chemist and PAY with a yearly card.. I went to my GPs immediatly and have directed my pills to another Chemist. The money wasnt the issue here, the fact he insulted me by saying anything turned upside down will leak, (bearing in mind this had a pump action). I will never go back to that Chemist again even though you do have to wait ages to be served!.
