I have always collected my medication from this pharmacy. The speed of service and other general factors are decent. However the lady manager’s attitude is extraordinarily terrible. She needs to undertake a customer service course of some sort.

SHAME I HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR FOR JUST SIMPLY TERRIBLE SERVICE TO NHS THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR MORE LIKE NEW MANAGEMENT & STAFF!!! Amount of staff doing nothing at times up to 12!!other than serve attitude barking at you to wait outside shop till called- what has happened to manners nowadays to customers exception of Maya, staff don’t seem to grasp without customers they would have no jobs! queuing a nightmare we wait so long even when no customers!! there’s absolutely no confidentiality as they want you to shout your full name & address in front of counter, the manager there does nothing about complaints at all even about confidentiality let alone staff or waiting times & even thou queued up then get told run out drugs come back tomorrow then have to queue all over again!! It’s spose to be convenient next to GP they electronically bounce drugs to them to pick up after 48hrs but this pharmacy discounts Nhs guidelines & do not get drugs ready until you stand there asking, then they will after 20-30 mins get your drugs ready!!! They did used to have drugs on the shelves in bags ready to go but now they must prefer to pee people off & wait even more!!
