Have used this pharmacy for many years. (And many others over my 67 years around the country). I can honestly say that the staff at the Denaby Springwell Center have given me 100% attention and service “every time” my wife and I call in. That also includes talking to them over the phone when ordering medicines. Our first port of call with any illness or other medical enquiry is always with the Pharmacist, who we trust completely with their advice. If they are not certain of something, they always take our details and after finding out the relevant information, phone us up without fail. A lot of the time I have had minor ailments, that I don’t want to waste the time of the doctor or nurse with. So I call in and speak to the Pharmacist. Never let me down yet. Would love the whole of the staff at Denaby Springwell Center to be recognised by the local NHS for the great service they constantly give to us the public. Alan.Harris

Always use Denaby chemist for my prescriptions. They do everything for me from getting the prescription from the doctors to dispensing the meds. All the staff are so courteous and helpful, to the point that I even have a little laugh with them. I made them a small plaque that they proudly display in the shop as a token of the service I receive. Keep up the good work

My mum is moving into supported living and I needed to sort her medication out on the nomad system she has in place, after contacting 6 pharmacies, weldricks included(excluding Denaby) I was passed from one to the other with no joy, no one accepting who cared for my mums delivery and no one taking responsibility, I was getting very frustrated and phoned st weldricks Denaby for some advice as I knew it was not the Denaby branch that dealt with her nomad and delivery, after the staff member hearing my frustration and how upset I was getting they took charge off the situation, contacting mums doctors, getting an urgent prescription for her as she was due to run out of medication the following day, they promised to contact me the following day and true to their word they did, they got mum a full months prescription sorted, and did this in their own time as they were due to finish their shift,they explained everything on what to do, who to contact and how to put her next nomad into place. The staff member was professional, compassionate,knowledgeable of their job which reassured me immensely, but most of all the care and attention to detail they expressed was outstanding,this staff member is a credit to your company and deserves some recognition for this outstanding service, I hope they go far in their career as they deserve it.
