I was akes to wait then a person approached me to say that ther system is down.so they said they will try to contact them in the surgery after 45 minutes no one came back to me so I approaches the counter again and they told me they cant reaches the surgeey by phone where the Surgery is just upstairs.I was so annoyed that I went home without the medication for my daughtet.This is Cohens in Basingstoke.

I feel that this pharmacy is too overwhelmed. There is usually a long queue and a long wait to collect prescriptions. My surgery sends prescriptions down electronically and I usually leave it a week or so before collecting and often the prescription can't be located and I'm told it hasn't been received (even though I can clearly see the date my GP last issued it). The confusion seems to be generated as I have regular prescriptions so often have two to collect at once, one generally older (it's always the older one they can't locate). It often seems chaotic and the staff don't seem to have time to properly look things out. After a repeat of this today I'll be finding another pharmacy.
