Went to collect my prescription,older pharmacy assistant could have handled a mix up over who was next with far more tact ,instead was quite unpleasant over a genuine mistake that she could have circumvented by Saying I’m sorry do you mind if I serve this person first as he’s been waiting ( he wasn’t visible when I went in ) .I also feel she has an attitude to the number of medications I’m on as I have to go frequently for some medication .Not all issues are visible and a little politeness goes a long way .All the other staff have been lovely and very helpful .
