Arrived at 3:50 after being sent by a doctor from the hospital. My child urgently needed antibiotics for infected chicken pox. The prescription had been sent to them but they refused to do it and said “I’m not doing anymore prescriptions” Despite explaining that my child was sat in the car with a raging temperature and extremely uncomfortable. He cancelled the prescription sending it back and told me to “just go to bluewater” I asked for the code to make it easier but it had already hastily cancelled the prescription so couldn’t get it. I explained I couldn’t as I would have to walk her through the centre and she’s incredibly contagious. He didn’t care and told me to do just that! Very dangerous Arrived at bluewater and spoke to the pharmacist there, they were not happy with the care I had received from asda pharmacy. Although bluewater didn’t have my child’s medicine they did listen and gave me something to help whilst we found the medicine - oh and printed the barcode too!
