I have been using the pharmacy at Asda Owlcotes for over 20 years which must say something in itself about the level of service provided. The staff are always very helpful and, on the odd occasion that I have needed to ask advice, the Pharmacist has always stopped and come out to meet me and answered my questions. The staff and very friendly and helpful and the stock levels are always high. My wife uses an Epipen and, 18 months ago, there was a worldwide shortage of Epipens. This was due to the manufacturer scaling down production. The pharmacist what had happened and confirmed that they had no stock but spent a further 5 minutes giving me a list of other pharmacies to try. And one of the suggestions proved positive and we managed to get the Epipens that we needed. It really doesn't get much better than that so thank you to the Pharmacists at Asda who are always there for us, Very well done.
