Have been stood waiting ages before staff acknowledged I was there. Have had times where I've had text to say prescription is ready, when I arrive had to wait a long time for it to be made up, on occasion some meds are not even available although it's a regular repeat prescription. Not the best chemist.

Staff very rude ,no good morning thankyou or may I help ,you can be the only person in the shop, they will see you but totally ignore you, waiting to collect a prescription can take twenty mlnutes,or they can’t find it,shop can also be very grubby.also why do they close early on a Saturday when people need it the most very poor customer service
