The service I get from this pharmacy is outstanding always. Staff are extremely helpful and work hard to find solutions to any problems quickly and effectively. The pharmacist is, in particular, always striving to provide 1st class service. Although highly and appropriately qualified, as one would expect, he works hard to find alternatives, for example, if a medication is out of stock they can suggest alternatives and work with the doctor to access this. I have complete trust in their expertise and unless it's an emergency, I would not use another pharmacy. The system of ordering repeat prescriptions and getting them without the trek to the surgery is an added bonus and I really appreciate this service. This pharmacy serves the local community really well and I really hope residents of Coven and further afield appreciate this service in the same way I do.
