I was at work and experiencing a mild headache in the morning and taken some pain killers that containted aspirin which I later found out I’m allergic to. I found out about this allergy the hard way. I began experiencing a severely tight chest and my lips and eyes began swelling heavily. I looked like I had been stung by large bees. As my condition worsened I was directed to the pharmacy by a manager where I was met by a staff member who was instantly concerned about my condition. She sat me in the consultation room and began asking me direct questions about the reaction. She acted immediately and with the swift assistance of her handy colleague got the paramedics on their way. She then administered adrenaline to combat the reaction which I was later told by a doctor very possibly stopped me from dying. I am extremely grateful to have such an effective team on hand and is also happy our customers are in such great hands.

I have recently joined my mother up with this pharmacy simply because the staff are lovely . I visited the pharmacy last Tuesday evening to buy some medication which I had been advised to purchase, the lovely young girl at the counter spent time discussing what would be the best treatment, some of the best service I have received as most pharmacies staff can't wait to get away from you. Lovely young girl she even helped me find the treatment aisle, the pharmacist was asked to help advise and also seemed lovely. I recently returned and added my mother to their pharmacy however the young girl with the scarf was not present and so I did not get a chance to thank her. However will soon be returning to collect my mother's medication and will hopefully get a chance to thank her . Keep up the great service!
