I accidentally scalded my arm which had blistered & popped, because I work in the care sector I was concerned about infection so needed advice on how best to protect the wound etc... called into Lloyd’s (argyle parade) today to seek advice. The staff went out of their way to help & advise me & it was eventually decided that I would need to speak with the pharmacist who was on his lunch break... one of the assistants had a quick word with the pharmacist & he very kindly took time out from his lunch break to speak with me, he was very helpful & he gave me excellent & clear advice & information on how to look after the wound on my arm. Excellent service thank you
