Had the delightful experience of the very rude and quite frankly aggressive pharmacist and his staff, not only was he very unhelpful with explaining he didn’t have my medication in stock he then swore at me as I was leaving the shop. The young chap that was behind was also very unhelpful as spoke above me while I was talking. I then took my prescription elsewhere to find they had not ‘released it’ so I could get it anywhere else either. I tried ringing on multiple occasions and couldn’t get through. In the end my doctors prescribed me what I needed and I went elsewhere. Day lewis you need to have a word with this manager/pharmacist. He has no idea what he is doing and is very aggressive. No wonder the shop is always so empty

Pharmacist is the most foul creature going, talks about customers when leaving the store. Counter lady said it’s the worst working atmosphere and bullied by other team members. Prescriptions are never done on time and the shop stock is horrendous. Gone down hill
