The pharmacist here has consistently given advice where other pharmacies in the area have been unwilling or unable to do so. This has happened on more than one occasion where I've needed prescribed medication for my son. Today this was the third pharmacy we visited to get the medication needed, which no-one had. The pharmacist actually explained why we were having trouble getting hold of it and how we could resolve this (beyond just offering to order it in where it would have arrived too late, which is all Boots had done). So helpful. They also noticed that the prescribed dosage had changed between our visits (several hours later) and remembered that we were previous customers with a similar prescription. Couldn't ask for better service and much better than that recently received in a certain other high street chain.

I had run out of a prescription medication and would have been in trouble for the weekend. Rowlands pharmacist was so helpful and kind and got me out of a difficult situation.
