If this is the branch on Coggeshall rd then this applies to them, the lady with the dark hair and wears glasses is the most arrogant person I have ever had the displeasure of coming across, be mindful who you are talking to like that because not everyone will take it like water off of a ducks back like I did, you need to re-educate yourself on customer service and whilst your at it leave your stinking attitude at home. | |||||||

Use to be first class, I moved prescription from Boots in town as they were useless even after trying to help them to get it right.
Now they are doing what Boots did, forgetting to order the scripts, not having all items, walk in and got ignored by all staff, new faces, sad really Original Comment Report... My grandfather was given the wrong drug which could have caused massive complications to his health. When I returned the drugs to the pharmacy all seem embarrassed and no one seemed to want to take responsibility. accuracy surely needs to be shown when giving out drugs. No one seemed to know what they were doing nor apologised. We wont take the risk with this pharmacy and will find another for my grandparents. Original Comment Report...
