I visited Asda Pharmacy today to pick up my repeat Prescriptions that l usually collect from them. I spoke to an arrogant lady who ask me to go back to my doctor surgery because the prescription hasn't arrived yet. I requested for the pharmacist to explain to him, so that he can help me with a loan of one or two tablets till my prescription will arrive proved abortive. I told him l didn't use any yesterday for him to see reasons. The service was really poor because the pharmacist can use their discretion to do things before a situation becomes medical emergency. I am highly disappointed by the behaviour of the pharmacist DM on duty at 15.30 on 16/ 07/2021.
