My husband went to pick up my prescription this morning from Boots Middlebrook, Bolton. When he got back three boxes of tablets were missing. They promised they would sort this out, this month, after the same thing happened last month. Have been trying to call them, they are uselss, they never pick up the phone. Disgusted.

Extremely poor service, I never get my prescription on time the normal waiting time is over 1 HOUR! I've had enough! Staff always seem too rushed off their feet to care and never answer the phone. Staff are not private in discussing my medical problems and openly discuss in front of other customers which is very embarrassing. I have now decided to stop using this pharmacy and will be telling my friends and family to avoid!
