I never feel like "just another number or customer" being pushed on as soon as possible like the big pharmacies tend to do. I feel listened to and helped accordingly. My history is known and the advice is excellent and sensitive. It is nice being greeted with a cheery "good morning" or "good afternoon". Sometimes medication may not be available but can often be obtained by the afternoon and almost certainly the next day. A friendly, sensitive and a positive attitude makes it a delight to visit.

I was going to go to the doctors today for a problem with my back but could not get a doctor s appointment.i went to the pharmacy instead and was seen straight away. I was given some good advice and some off the shelf medication. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again rather than wait for a doctors appointment.

The staff here are very welcoming and polite, the Pharmacist was very informative with their lifestyle advice.
