I agree with the previous review.I have now been waiting a week to get my heart medicine. True,they attempted to deliver once but I was out as they well knew. In my view it would have been better if instead of leaving a note the driver had pushed the medicine through the letter box rather than risk leaving me without. I got home a quarter of an hour later and immediately phoned Jade but apparently by then the driver was out of the area. A delivery was promised for the next day but never came.No warning,no explanation.Had they warned me I might have been able to ask somebody to go there and pick up my medicine. I had no medicine at all yesterday and I am yet to see if the turn up today. It is the second time their delivery failed me. I don't think they should offer this service until such time when they can make sure that their delivery is reliable.
